1. Who We Are

ParikshAI is an AI-powered exam evaluation platform operated by MetaHarbour Group Pvt. Ltd., incorporated in India. Our platform helps Indian universities automate grading of student answer scripts.

2. Information We Collect

Account data: Name, email address, institution name, phone number of COE and evaluator users.
Exam data: Scanned answer scripts uploaded by your institution, question papers, rubrics, and evaluation results.
Usage data: Log data, IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and actions taken on the platform.
Payment data: Billing information processed via our payment partners (we do not store card details).

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide and improve the ParikshAI platform.
To process exam evaluations using AI models.
To send transactional emails (account setup, results, alerts).
To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

4. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored on servers located in India (AWS ap-south-1, Mumbai). We use AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.2+ in transit. Access is restricted by role and logged for audit purposes.

5. Data Retention

Exam scripts and evaluation results are retained for 5 years from the date of upload, after which they are securely deleted, unless your institution requests earlier deletion or extended retention under a contractual agreement.

6. Sharing of Data

We do not sell your data. We share data only with sub-processors necessary to operate the platform (cloud infrastructure, email delivery) and only under strict data processing agreements. We will disclose data if required by law.

7. Your Rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP Act), you have the right to access, correct, and erase your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@pariksha.tech.
