1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ParikshAI platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. These terms are governed by the laws of India.

2. Platform Use

The platform is licensed, not sold. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use ParikshAI for your institution's internal exam evaluation purposes.
You must not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the platform.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.

3. Accuracy of AI Evaluation

ParikshAI provides AI-assisted evaluation as a decision-support tool. All final grades remain the responsibility of the institution and its appointed evaluators. MetaHarbour Group Pvt. Ltd. does not guarantee the accuracy of any AI-generated score or feedback and shall not be liable for any examination result disputes.

4. Payment Terms

Credits purchased are non-refundable once consumed.
Unused credits expire 12 months from the date of purchase.
Institution licences are billed annually in advance.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclusive of applicable GST.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and technology on the ParikshAI platform is owned by MetaHarbour Group Pvt. Ltd. Your institution retains ownership of all uploaded exam scripts, question papers, and rubrics.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms, non-payment, or any conduct that harms the platform or other users. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MetaHarbour Group Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
